- Items can be returned for store credit only
- All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of you receiving the order per the order tracking number
- All items labeled as FINAL SALE and/or CLEARANCE are not eligible for return or store credit.
- Returned items must remain un-washed, and unworn, and all tags must still be attached.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Re:do Returns:
- Customers now have the option to pay $1.98 at the time of purchase to later qualify for free unlimited returns on that order
- If you did not purchase Re:do you can still use our return portal below and purchase an $8.95 return label. No return fee is deducted from your refund total!
Return Steps:
- Start your return at the bottom of this page using your order ID and zip code (see the bottom of the receipt included in your package or the order emails).
- Select which items you would like to return and your preferred refund method
- If you purchased the $1.98 Re:do, your return is covered! Otherwise, you can purchase your label for a one-time fee of $8.95. Don't remember if you purchased it? See your receipt included in the package or the order emails.
- Print your label and attach it to the top of the package, then drop it off at any USPS location
- Store credit will be issued when the return arrives to us.

What is Redo?
When you opt in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for FREE.
If you decide not to buy Redo or if you prefer a full refund, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
